1. Returns and Refunds Eligibility
- Orders must be reported as incorrect, damaged, or missing within 24 hours of delivery.
- Refunds apply only to items purchased through our official website or mobile app.
- We do not accept returns for consumable food items after they have been delivered.
2. How to Request a Refund
- Contact our support team at support@mzcfood.com with your order number and details of the issue.
- Provide photos or evidence of damaged or incorrect items if applicable.
- Our support team will review your request and respond within 24 hours.
3. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time to reflect in your account.
4. Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer product exchanges. If an item is missing or incorrect, a replacement will
be delivered as part of the support resolution.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Food items that have been consumed or partially consumed.
- Orders placed through third-party platforms not affiliated with MZC Food.
